Spaced Out™ are toe stretchers that help relieve foot aches and pains, while giving your toes some much-needed breathing room.
what does it do?
Used by Yoga practitioners around the world, toe stretchers relieve pain and tightness by gently stretching foot and toe muscles in the opposite direction of the compressing forces from cramped shoes. Just a few minutes a day helps to relax, strengthen and rebalance foot muscles toward a more natural, comfortable and healthy state.

HOW TO USE: Insert toes into the appropriately sized holes with the flat side of the spacers facing down to achieve a light, comfortable stretch. Wear spacers on each foot for 5 to 20 minutes in the evening or morning, as is comfortable. Add more time as desired to increase muscle relaxation, reverse tightness and build strength.
