Moisturize: after bathing or showering, whilst the skin is still deliciously damp, massage in the oil generously.

Bath: pour approximately a tablespoon of oil into a warm bath, inhale deeply to experience the aromas and relax. A loving reminder to use caution when stepping out of your tub.
