Diffuse in Essential Oil Diffuser
• Mix into carrier oil at a 1% dilution rate and apply to skin for topical application.
• 1% dilution is 5-6 drops per ounce of carrier oil (unscented lotion, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, etc.)
• They recommend you never put undiluted essential oils on your skin.
Direct inhalation (taking deep breaths with uncapped oil 3 inches from nostrils to administer chemical constituents of oil into the olfactory pathways for maximum therapeutic benefit)
